The ultrapure water units produce a very high diluate quality with a typical conductivity of < 0.2 μS/cm by combining reverse osmosis (RO) and electrodeionisation (EDI). The unit are equipped with a high-quality centrifugal pump (from unit size 550 l/h on), which saves 30 - 50% energy with a variable-speed drive (VSD = FU).

The PLC Siemens S7-1200 enables visualisation of the unit as well as optimal control and evaluation of the unit operation. Optionally, data transfer via interfaces, remote access and subsequent expansion or adaptation of the control system are possible (on request at extra charge).
